Club Scholarships
Club Scholarships are on a first come, first served basis for those in need. Need is determined by the VES Counselors and Social Workers based on Free and Reduced Meals applications and other factors.
Filling out the Scholarship Request form online does not guarantee your student a spot in any club or a scholarship. If there are many families applying for club scholarship spots, each family may be limited to one club scholarship. +Scholarship requests will be open from September 1 at 7 am to September 6 at 6 pm. +You will be notified of club scholarship approval or denial by September 8. +Club scholarship registration will be from September 9 at 7am to September 13 at 6 pm. +Scholarship registration will occur concurrently with open registration. A scholarship code does not guarantee entry into a club.
